What’s Included in the Kit?

• Chromoly Billet Steel Flywheel: A premium-quality, powder-coated Chromoly flywheel equipped with a new ring gear and Blusteele's signature radial surface cooling grooves.

  Installation Tip: These flywheels are heavy. Blusteele engineers specify that you reuse your existing original flywheel bolts when installing this new flywheel. It is critical that you apply a thread locker (such as Loctite 243) to these bolts and torque them strictly to the factory manufacturer specifications.

• Pressure Plate Bolts & Durlock Washers: Comes with a new set of high-tensile pressure plate bolts paired with specialty Durlock wedge-locking washers to prevent the bolts from backing out under severe load.

• Sprung-Center Clutch Plate: A high-quality, multi-rate sprung-center clutch disc featuring premium German LUK friction material.

• Thrust Bearing (Release Bearing): A heavy-duty, single-piece steel thrust bearing and carrier assembly designed specifically for the Triton application.

• Clutch Alignment Tool: Included for easy, centered installation during assembly.

• Dual Spigot Bearings (2WD & 4WD): The kit includes two different spigot bearings. You do not use both; one is designed for 2WD models and the other for 4WD models. Blusteele supplies both in the box so you have the correct fitting regardless of your drivetrain setup.

• SGI Iron Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate: A top-spec cover assembly made from high-strength SGI (Spheroidal Graphite) cast iron. It delivers approximately 30% higher clamping force over a standard factory clutch, making it an ideal choice for heavy towing and off-road 4WD use.
