This is a Solid-Mass Flywheel (SMF) conversion clutch kit made by Blusteele. Blusteele offers three different solutions for this Nissan X-Trail:

What’s Included in the Conversion Kit (Part Number: BNN-967)

These compact 4WDs came from the factory with a Dual-Mass Flywheel (DMF). This kit provides a reliable and cost-effective solution to convert the vehicle to a solid flywheel setup.

• Billet Solid Flywheel: Direct-fit replacement for the original dual-mass unit. Comes complete with a pre-installed starter ring gear.

  Flywheel Bolts: Blusteele specifies that you reuse your existing original flywheel bolts when mounting this new solid flywheel.

• Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate: Upgraded cover assembly with increased clamping force for extra torque capacity without creating a heavy pedal feel.

• Sprung-Center Clutch Disc: High-quality multi-rate sprung center disc using premium German LUK organic friction material to absorb drivetrain vibrations.

• Thrust Bearing & Carrier Assembly: Comes complete with a brand-new release bearing pre-fitted to a new carrier, saving you from having to press the old bearing off your original carrier.

• Brass Spigot Bush: Includes a brand-new solid brass spigot/pilot bush (the T30 X-Trail uses a brass bush rather than a roller bearing).

• Durlock Pressure Plate Bolts: Includes a new set of high-tensile pressure plate bolts with Durlock wedge-locking washers.

• Clutch Alignment Tool: Supplied to ensure precise centering during clutch assembly.
